Solution:

Lean Six Sigma deployments are designed to establish process improvement capability within the organization.

Organizational leaders, such as Executives, Directors and Managers, are trained to foster a process improvement culture and support process improvement practitioners as they execute high impact projects.

Organizational leaders select projects to be executed that align to the organization’s strategic goals and/or close significant gaps in business performance. They also select process improvement practitioners to execute each project.

Practitioners are trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma techniques as they execute high impact projects. Once projects are complete and certification is granted, practitioners are expected to lead future improvement projects and train others in Lean Six Sigma tool application.

Practitioners may be trained and certified at a Green Belt level incorporating basic tool application, or at a Black Belt Level, incorporating more advanced tool application.

The tools and methods learned may be leveraged across a variety of projects including operational and transactional applications..
